Shipping & returns
KAAI offers free shipping on all orders within EU.
Kaai will process every order as quick as possible to deliver your products within five (5) business days after the order confirmation. Mostly your order will arrive within 2 days. However, this delivery period is indicative and we cannot give guarantees in this respect as we depend on other partners (parcel companies) to deliver at your home.
Kaai ships currently within the European Union (incl. UK).
If you are from outside Europe and willing to order a product from our webshop, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will find a personal solution for you to ship the order to your home address.
All prices are listed in EURO incl. Belgian VAT.
2. Pick up at studio-store
You can also choose to pick-up your package at our studio-store in Antwerp. (please click on the "pickup at store"button when adding your product in your cart). This service is free whatever the amount you order. Your order will be ready within 24hours after payment has been received. An email will be send to you when it is ready. The studio-store is open from Wednesday-Saturday 11.00am-18.00pm.
We accept free returns of unused products within 30 calendar days of delivery provided that the security label is still attached, the protective film on the feet of the bag is still attached and the product is unused. If we receive a return and it has been used or damaged, or if the security tag and/or protective film on the feet is not attached, we cannot accept your return. You can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Returns postmarked outside of the 30 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online store credit.
Returns from Europe are free of charge. Returns from other locations will be charged the return shipping cost, and the customer will be refunded for the merchandise. Please note that duties and fees will not be returned.
