As soon as your order is confirmed, your products will be shipped to you. Most orders within Europe arrive within 2-5 business days. For orders outside of Europe, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your unused KAAI bag with the original label attached within 30 calendar days of delivery. You’ll receive a full refund (EU) if the bag is unused.
Please note that for all international returns (non-EU) a processing fee 50€/£ will be deducted from your refund.
