"I like to combine digital design with handwork, giving my designs timeless and modern organic forms," he says.
The print is a result of an experiment he did with watercolor on a very old type of paper that came from his great-grandfather. By painting by hand and editing it digitally he became a result makes you long for summer escapes and colorful outfits.
And if you look up closely, you'll find a special message, a piece of text written by his great-grandfather.
For his work, Igor draws inspiration from photos of his grandparents and great-grandparents. As a result, he brings together elements from different generations in an inclusive design, as he did for this collab.

"After studying at the fashion academy for four years, I walked past KAAI's shop window every day. I then also saw the collabs with other fellow students like Marie Martens and Nel Maertens.
When Helga Meersmans, designer at KAAI, approached me for a collab, I immediately realized how impressive it would be to see my own co-creation in that window. And so that is about to happen now," says Igor.
With our 'CollabStudio91', we aim to shed light on creative and progressive homegrown talents and create something completely unique together.
