This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, analytical profile who has Shopify expertise and is highly motivated to grow into a scale up.
Location: Antwerp (in- office role, work from home 1day/week)
What you’ll do (and grow into)
o Work daily on our Shopify Plus platform: updates, improvements and new features
o Learn and contribute to theme development, landing pages and checkout optimization
o Help optimize end-to-end business processes across teams
o Analyze data and customer behavior to improve conversion and efficiency
o Research and test tools for:
o Automation & AI
o Customer service (chat, multilingual support)
o Stock visibility per location and POS payment systems
o Work closely with performance marketing, CRM, customer service, retail and marketing
o Grow into the technical owner of our ecosystem
Who you are
o 2-3 years experience shopify plus platform
o Knowledge of liquid, phyton, ruby, cloud infrastructure
o Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms and tools
o Strong analytical mindset — you like understanding why things work
o Interested in e-commerce, retail, automation, AI and business processes
o Not afraid to deep dive into systems, documentation and data
o Proactive, curious and ownership-driven
o Comfortable working across teams and asking the right questions
o Fluent in Dutch & English
